Ingredients

  • 1 x egg
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. pancake and waffle mix
  • 1 c. Post Banana Nut Crunch Cereal Fresh banana slices Strawberries Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Beat egg in large bowl; stir in lowfat milk and oil. Add in pancake and waffle mix; stir just till moistened. Stir in cereal. Let stand 5 min.
  2. Pour 1/4 c. batter onto warm griddle for each pancake; cook till bubbles form on top. Turn to brown other side. Garnish with fresh bananas and strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 pancakes.
  4. Yield: 6 to 8 pancakes
