Directions

  1. • Mix flour yeast, salt and sugar
  2. • Add butter (mix well)
  3. • Add milk to form a dough
  4. • Knead until smooth
  5. • Rest for 5-10min
  6. • Roll for about ½ thick
  7. • Cut into a required size with a cutter
  8. • Let rise for 10-15min or until double in size
  9. • Heat deep fryer to 380o
  10. • Dropdonuts in oil
  11. • Turn as they rise to surface and show colour
  12. • Fry for about 2-10 min or until complete brown on both side
