Ingredients
- (a) Materials
- Cake cubes (sizes dependable)
- Desiccated coconut
- (b) Mix
- 1 kg icing sugar
- 80g cocoa powder
- 100g butter
- 300ml water
Directions
- Method
- 1. Sieve sugar and cocoa together in a bowl
- 2. Boil water and butter and add to cocoa mixture (mixture 1)
- 3. Cut cake cubes depending on your preference
- 4. Dip the cake carefully into the mixture to ensure that all parts are covered
- 5. Place onto the wire rack to drip excessive coating (drying)
- 6. Coat with desiccated coconut
