Ingredients

  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. Bread flour
  • 3/4 c. Wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. Cooked brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh or possibly 3/4 tsp. dry Dill weed
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 x Yeast
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
  • 3 1/4 c. Bread flour
  • 1 c. Wheat flour
  • 1 c. Cooked brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh or possibly 1 1/2 tsp. dry Dill weed
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 x Yeast*

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
  2. Select Whole Wheat or possibly Basic/White cycle. Use medium or possibly light crust color.
  3. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on a wire rack.
  4. *Yeast amount is correct through proportionately less than which called for in the 1 1/2 lb. recipe
