After going on a wedding diet, I made it my mission to make over a few of my comfort foods I could not live without! This turned out to be one of my secret weapons that helped me loose 20 pounds!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless chicken breast ( cooked and shredded)
  • 1 can of fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz light sour cream
  • 1 tube of reduced fat ritz crackers (finely crushed)
  • Butter flavored cooking spray
  • Poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Combine the first three ingredience, mix well, and pour into a casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle crackers over the mixture
  3. Spray a fine mist of the cooking spray over the crackers and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
  4. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
