ites%20stand%20in%20the%20hot%20water,%20again%20hoping%20that%20they%20get%20some%20nice%20reddish%20color.%20Well,%20they%20did%20get%20some%20color,%20but%20the%20result%20was%20multi-colored%20and%20all%20the%20colors%20were%20awkward!%20In%20addition%20to%20red%20color,%20the%20egg%20whites%20had%20got%20some%20black%20and%20white%20colors.%20Maybe%20okay%20for%20Halloween,%20but%20not%20for%20stylish%20Easter%20appetizers.%20More%20on%20that%20on%20my%20Facebook%20page.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20thought%20of%20giving%20up%20the%20idea%20for%20coloring%20the%20egg%20whites.%20I%20had%20to%20take%20a%20completely%20different%20approach.%20But%20how%20to%20make%20the%20recipe%20interesting?%20With%20some%20interesting%20spices?%20I%20mashed%20the%20egg%20yolks%20carefully%20with%20a%20fork%20and%20added%20some%20lemon%20pepper%20and%20salt.%20I%20chose%20lemon%20pepper%20because%20it%20gives%20a%20gentle%20kick%20and%20fresh%20citrus%20taste,%20perfect%20for%20spring.%20Well,%20lemon%20pepper%20is%20not%20the%20most%20interesting%20spice%20in%20the%20world%20%E2%80%94%20quite%20the%20opposite%20%E2%80%94%20but%20it%20gives%20some%20zing%20to%20these%20appetizers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstead%20of%20clich%C3%A9d%20mayonnaise,%20I%20decided%20to%20add%20some%20cream%20cheese%20to%20keep%20the%20flavors%20fresh.%20The%20mixture%20tasted%20great%20and%20the%20consistency%20was%20quite%20thick.%20There%20I%20got%20the%20idea%20to%20form%20the%20mixture%20into%20egg%20shapes.%20Then%20some%20herbs%20as%20nest%20and%20voil%C3%A0!%20The%20result%20was%20both%20beautiful%20and%20tasty.%20The%20crushed%20pepper%20gave%20lively%20look%20to%20the%20egg-shaped%20filling%20making%20the%20the%20egg%20shapes%20look%20like%20spotted%20egg%20shells.%20Nothing%20mind-blowing,%20but%20for%20sure%20stylish%20and%20tasty%20appetizers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETips%20for%20variation%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20double%20or%20multiply%20the%20amount%20of%20ingredients%20if%20you%20are%20making%20these%20appetizers%20for%20a%20bigger%20crowd.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstead%20of%20parsley,%20you%20can%20use%20for%20example%20fresh%20dill%20or%20thyme.%20They%20suit%20really%20well,%20I%20tried%20them%20out.%20However,%20please%20feel%20free%20to%20use%20your%20favorite%20herbs%20and%20what%20you%20have%20easily%20available.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20the%20eggs%20for%20example%20on%20a%20bed%20of%20salad.%20Sliced%20or%20cubed%20tomato%20accompanies%20beautifully%20the%20taste%20and%20the%20colors.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20a%20Comment%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
