Delicious Bread Pudding With Vanilla Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. wheat bran
- 1 to 2 c. raisins
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all of above and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixed on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
