Spanish riceThis rice was amazing found the recipe on a website called Let's Dish. I changed a few things. Instead of tomato sauce I used tomato bouillon powder and I replaced cayenne pepper with ground cumin. My family raved about the rice. |

Las Vegas Recipe Guru Jalapeno Marinated Carrots and OnionsThis is a real great vegetable snack with a kick. If you like more hotness, just add more peppers and juice. Add another jar for more peppers if desired. The longer it sits the better. |
