Fantastic Irish Soda Bread by Nancy MiyasakiI made two Irish Soda Breads for St. Patrick's Day this year, and this one was superior. And it is really, really easy! If you eat it hot out of the oven, it melts in your mouth like a warm cornbread. If you let it sit a few hours, it hardens into a thicker texture with the same great taste. You won't be disappointed! |

Irish Whiskey Wings without the Whiskey by Katy LeonardAs an individual that does not drink I wanted to make an Irish recipe for St. Patrick's Day that did not have alcohol in it. This recipe was a hit with my friends. This is non-alcoholic but included in the recipe is a way to use it with the Whiskey. |
