Chicken A L'Orange by Henry MolineWhen I was preparing the Baked Bananas A L’Orange, I thought of the great French classic Duck A L’Orange. Then I got to thinking, if there was a way to put the mid-western flair into it. Simply by replacing the duck and substituting it with chicken. Yellow Garlic Rice and Broccoli by SmokinhotchefI make this all the time for a quick and easy side dish. I feel great knowing my children can be satisfied with a meatless meal and still be happy! |

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream by To Catch A CookI recently took a cake decorating class and have wanted to try my newly developed skills at home. Luckily, we had a girls-night book club recently and it gave me the opportunity to try my hand at some pumpkin cupcakes.
