  • 5 lb Beef rump roast
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 pkt Dry au jus gravy mix
  • 1 pkt Dry italian dressing mix Italian seasoning, ( opt)

Directions

  1. Combine water, gravy mix and dressing mix. Add in italian seasoning if you like. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on LOW 12 to 15 hrs. Remove roast and shred with 2 forks, forming strings. Cook another 10 to 12 hrs on LOW. Serve on Italian buns.
