Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. In a bowl, lightly beat Large eggs and lowfat milk. Dip chicken pcs in egg mix and shake off excess. Shake a few chicken pcs in the bag at a time, coating well. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 in. of oil over high heat; brown chicken on all sides. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 min.
  2. Notes for next time: Cook on high much longer - till quite brown, not just beige. Add in more spices with a zing.
  3. Not necessarily a favorite yet, but it could become one if I do it right.
