Crispy Cheese Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt; optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make little balls and flatten on cookie sheet with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
