  • 1 crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix together and form into patties. Drop into 1/2 inch warm corn oil and flatten slightly. Brown and turn only once. Drain on paper towel and serve. Note: Using crackers instead of flour and meal makes the patties crunchy instead of soft.
