Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 200g flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml oil
- vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1 jar jam
- 150g milk chocolate icing
- 50g raisins
- strawberry topping
Directions
- 1.Mix milk,eggs,flour,oil,vanilla,lemon rind,and make crepes.Let it chill.
- 2.Cut each crepe in 4.
- 3.In a deep tray,put a crepes stratum,cover with jam.
- 4.Make this till you finish the crepes and jam,the last stratum must be with crepes.
- 5.Strew raisins,lay the chocolate icing,let it dry,and,dribble strawberry topping.
