  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) pkg. yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 lg. delicious apples, thin sliced and unpeeled
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix and butter; mix till crumbly. Reserve 2/3 c. for topping. Add in brown sugar and cinnamon to this reserved topping. Mix well. Set aside. Press remaining cake-butter mix into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend lowfat sour cream and egg; spread proportionately over apples. Sprinkle reserved topping mix over all.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till topping is golden and bubbly. Serve hot. Chill leftovers.
