Directions

  1. Beat first 3 ingredients well with mixer gradually add in flour till mix forms soft dough. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Beat together cream cheese and 1/4 c. sugar. Add in egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat till smooth. Spread proportionately over cream.
  2. Combine final 3 ingredients and place proportionately over cream cheese mix. Dot with butter and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake additional 30 min.
