Ingredients

• 1/2 softened butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. white sugar
• 3/4 c. dry cranberries (you may also use cran-raisons)
• 1/2 c. minced pecans
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips
