My daughter asked me if I could make her a Key Lime smoothie like I did the last time. Well, I had no recollection of making her one so needless to say I have no idea what I put in it. I held my breath when I gave it to her but she gave me two thumbs up on this one so I'm getting it in writing.

If you can't do cow dairy try this smoothie. All ingrediants are organic. When you open the can of coconut milk dump the contents into a bowl and whisk well until combined. Make sure to use the remainder milk the next day or throw it out.
