AFTER COMBINING ALL INGREDIENTS IN BOWL, IT NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS FOR BEST FLAVOR AND TEXTURE. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES. LINE BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 12 TO 15 MINUTES UNTIL MEATBALLS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED. REDUCE OVEN TEMP. TO 325 DEGREES, BAKE 30 MINUTES.

This is excellent - my children loved it - here is an added hint - my kids hate mushrooms; I'm not that crazy about them either. So I took my food chopper and chopped them to tiny pieces - the kids ate the meat loaf and never knew there were even mushrooms in it! To me I thought this kind of tasted like a Hot Italian Sausage.
