Pecan TassiesMiniature pecan pies pretty much sums up the flavor but these are even better. I don’t care for pecan pie as it is too sweet for me. However this portion controlled delicate golden brown crust filled with a gooey pecan filling is just right. |

Incredible Chocolate Chip CookiesWe all know there are many recipes for chocolate chip cookies, with many things added to them. But for a soft, plump, cookie this one is the best I think. I have tried different chocolate chips recipes, but I was not happy with a flat, thin cookie.. Enjoy! |

Holiday Cranberry Cheese PieThis has become a family favorite for holidays. I found it in a Taste of Home cookbook. I have changed the recipe to be more diabetic friendly. The original recipe calls for sugar in both layers and I use Splenda in place of sugar and for the jello I use sugar free gelatin. But use sugar if you like. |
