Pear Cobblouti by Phyllis SmithI had pears from Harry & David, so I made this. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the top but otherwise ....pretty straight forward. And if you don't have self-rising flour, add 1 1/4 t baking powder and 1/4 t salt to a cup of flour and then you will have the same thing. I also subbed vanilla soy milk since that's what I had.
