Fantastic Irish Soda Bread by Nancy MiyasakiI made two Irish Soda Breads for St. Patrick's Day this year, and this one was superior. And it is really, really easy! If you eat it hot out of the oven, it melts in your mouth like a warm cornbread. If you let it sit a few hours, it hardens into a thicker texture with the same great taste. You won't be disappointed! |

Cheddar Cheese Scones by Nancy MiyasakiOne bite of these scones and you'll realize that scones are not something that only go with tea or coffee. They are awesome with my Irish Stew recipe. Try them together! |

It has a hint of spice and makes an excellent breakfast bread. The bread machine makes light work of making this bread, but due to the higher sugar content it is best made on the dough… |

Irish Soda Bread by FoodiewifeI found this recipe called “Mrs. O’Callahan’s Soda Bread) in the March 2009 Issue of Bon Appetit Magazine. I’m so glad I tried it, because we really liked it!
