Tzatziki Feta Dip by myra byankaLots of good tzatziki recipes on the site; however, you might give this one a try. I'm posting it to go with "Greek Chicken Wraps," but it's yummy with fresh bread, crackers, etc. |

Tzatziki (Greek Yogurt Sauce) by Bob VincentThis is an easy and tasty Tzatzki recipe. It is great with anything Greek or Medierranean. Use Greek yogurt if possilbe. It has a much denser consistency than American. If you can't find it drain regular yogurt in cheese cloth to remove as much liquid as possible. |

Spanakopita Dip by Denise SherinSo yummy! Great for parties and get togethers. Original recipe is posted here but I leave out the dill because I am not a big fan of dill. Serve with fresh pita bread, toasted pita chips or your favorite dippers breads, crackers or veggies. |

Feta Cucumber Dip by myra byankaGet your feta from a Middle Eastern grocer. Ask for Egyptian, Bulgarian, or French feta. The stuff in the grocery stores is inferior, especially "President" and "Athenos" brands. Ugh! |

Mediterranean Nachos (Greek Nachos) by Denise SherinYummy Greek flavors in nacho form. Instead of sour cream you could use some tzatziki sauce or slice some raw baby spinach leaves. You can also use a flavored feta cheese if you like. To make a heartier dish you can add some shredded chicken or tuna to the tomato mixture. |
