Cookie & Cream Milk Shake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ounce lowfat milk
- 3 scoops cookie & cream ice cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chocolate Nestle's Quick, optional
Directions
- Put lowfat milk in 8 oz glass. Stir in chocolate (optional). Stir in ice cream till creamy. Serves 1.
