Condor Cream Cheese Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. cake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking pwdr Confectioner's sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325*. With electric mixer, on medium speed, blend together cream cheese, butter and sugar. On low speed, blend in Large eggs. Combine cake flour and baking pwdr and add in to cheese mix, blending till smooth. Pour into buttered and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 min till golden. When cold, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and serve.
