Ingredients

  • 1 Oven Stuffer (5-6 lbs)
  • Seasonings of choice
  • Veggies of choice

Directions

  1. Soak bottom and lid for 10 to 15 minutes in cold water. Dry and set aside.
  2. Season chicken and place in pot. Add any veggies you want. I think I will use celery, onion, garlic and carrots. I'll also add fresh thyme, sage, and rosemary.
  3. Cover the baker and place in a COLD oven. Turn oven on to 450* and cook for 90 mins.
  4. Remove the lid from the baker and continue to cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is nicely brown.
  5. Let chicken rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
