Chocolate Snickerdoodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
Directions
- In large mixer bowl, stir together sugar and spice; set 1/2 c. of the mix aside in shallow bowl. Add in cocoa pwdr to mixer bowl; stir to blend. Add in butter; beat at medium speed till fluffy. Fold in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking pwdr. Form 1 Tbls. of dough into
- ball and roll in reserved sugar mix. Repeat procedure with remaining dough and place 2 inches apagreased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 min or possibly till edges are hard. Cold on wire rack.
- Makes about 4-1/2 dozen cookies.
