Chocolate Pudding Cake 1 Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. warm water, (3/4 to 1)
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar together, add in Large eggs then mix well, add in the rest of ingredients. Pour into 13x9-inch cake pan.
- Topping:Mix together and pour over cake batter, bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 min. Nuts may be added to batter if you like.
