Chocolate Marshmallow Roll Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 extra lg. Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Beat Large eggs and vanilla on high till light. Gradually add in sugar while beating. Add in dry ingredients while beating on low. Add in boiling water. Mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 15-18 min at 400 degrees. Remove from pan onto a powdered sugar sprinkled towel. Roll up and cold. Unroll cooled cake and spread proportionately with Marshmallow Filling. Roll and refrigerate2 hrs. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce if you like.
