Directions

  1. Heat chocolate chips in top of double boiler over warm (not boiling) water. Remove from heat. Blend in lowfat milk and vanilla. Stir in oatmeal and mini marshmallows. Spread in a greased 9 inch square pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen pcs.
