Chocolate Lover's Fudge Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked (9 inch) pastry shell
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Pour mix into pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot with ice cream. Yield: one 9 inch pie.
