  1. In a medium saucepan bring sugar, butter and lowfat milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips till melted and frosting is smooth. Pour proportionately over a 9 x 13 inch cake which is still in the pan. Allow to cold.
  2. Just pour (no spreading) this frosting over the cake to make a beautiful, thick, glossy frosting which tastes creamy and delicious.
