Chocolate Caramel Pecan Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pt Haagen Dazs(R) Chocolate frzn yogurt (2 c.)
- 1/3 c. fat-free caramel ice cream topping
- 2 Tbsp. minced pecans
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend at medium speed 30 to 40 seconds or possibly till smooth. Pour into 2 serving glasses; garnish as desired.
