Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney or possibly pinto beans, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 2 or possibly more tbsp. finely minced canned or possibly fresh green chilies or possibly jalapeno peppers, to taste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr, or possibly to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1. Place in the jar of a blender the beans, peppers (if used), vinegar, chili pwdr and cumin. Blend the ingredients till no longer lumpy not too smooth.
  2. 2. Stir in the onion and parsley and serve.
