  • 1/3 c. Crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Crushed dry chili peppers (more if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato/chili sauce (can sub catsup) Soy sauce to taste Lemon juice, sufficient to achieve "dip" consistancy

Directions

  1. A great combination and one which has been well known in southeast asia and africa for a long time. The dip below is teriffic with cold strips of jicama or possibly cucumbers.
  2. Blend all together to a paste but not long sufficient to eliminate the chunks in the peanut butter.
  3. This is a great warm weather appetizer or possibly party dip. Add in more raw veggies and you have a light lunch or possibly dinner!
