Chicken Stove Top Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pcs
- 1 can celery or possibly chicken soup
- 1 soup can of lowfat milk
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 box cornbread Stovetop stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly bouillon
Directions
- Whole cooked chicken has more flavor. Mix soup with lowfat milk; add in butter. Spread the chicken over the casserole dish first and then the soup mix. Mix the chicken broth with the Stovetop stuffing mix and put on top of the chicken. Cook about 40 min at 350 degrees.
