Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pcs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine Bisquick and cheese. Coat chicken pcs in the mix.
- Place in a well-buttered casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 min at 375. Turn chicken over and bake for an additional 20 to 30 min, or possibly till tender.
