Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. grnd coriander
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or possibly 2 tbsp. dry thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 lbs. chicken or possibly beef

Directions

  1. Preheat grill. Mix coriander, garlic and thyme in a small bowl to create a paste. Coat strips of chicken or possibly beef with paste and prick skin with fork. Marinate for 15 to 20 min then grill to your liking.
  2. To make fajitas use flour tortilla and roll with sauteed onions, peppers, chicken or possibly beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
