Chicken/Cheese Open Faced Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- Minced, cooked (or possibly canned) chicken
- Grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Soft Philadelphia cream cheese
- Pickle relish
- English muffins
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on warmed English muffins. Put under broiler till bubbly and staring to brown.
