Chicken Casserole With Wild Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 boned and split chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice with seasonings (original)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans lowfat milk
- 3 ounce. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions
- Mix together soups and lowfat milk. Sprinkle rice on bottom of dish (need a very large casserole dish or possibly use two). Put half of soup mix onto rice. Sprinkle on seasonings. Place chicken on this, then pour on rest of soup mix. Sprinkle cheese proportionately on top. Drizzle melted butter over this. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
