Directions

  1. Put rice into 9 x 12 baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Mix together mushroom soup, sherry, and orange juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
  2. Cover and bake 2 hrs at 325 degrees. Remove cover and bake additional 15 min. Serves 6-8.
