Chex Muddy Buddies Recipe

Ingredients
- 9 c. Chex cereal, any kind
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
Directions
- In a 1 qt microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 min or possibly till smooth, stirring after one minute. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate mix over cereal. Stir to coat all pcs. Pour cereal into a resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar. Seal securely and shake to coat all cereal with powdered sugar. Spread on waxed paper to cold.
- Makes 9 c. chex mix (about9 servings).
