Mee Goreng by Padma Priya ManikamMee goreng means fried noodles. It is one of a Malaysian favourite that can be eaten at any time of the day (like nasi lemak). It is generally made from yellow egg noodles but since I am not able to find them here I substituted it with instant noodles! Just "dress" it up with some ingredients and you are good to go! |
