Cheesy Mushroom And Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 2 pkt Frzn minced broccoli
- 2 can (medium) mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. Crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 stk butter
Directions
- Place broccoli in boiling water till it breaks up and turns bright green.
- Drain well and place in a baking dish (I use the larger corning casserole).
- Stir in cheese cubes till melted. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degree oven till topping is browned slightly.
