cheesy hash brown casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 26 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 4 1/2 lbs raw diced onions
- 1 gallon canned cream of chicken soup
- 14 cups canned cream of chicken soup
- 5 lbs grated colby cheese
- 5 lbs grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1 2/3 cups parmesan or romano cheese
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp nutmeg
Directions
- preheat oven to 375 F
- mix all ingredients and transfer to well-greased 9X13 inch baking dish
- bake for about 45 minutes.
