Ingredients

  • 2 x skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)**
  • 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 x # Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 bag egg noodles
  • 1 can corn (liquid removed)
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt such as Lawry's
  • 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water till chewy.
  2. Cook chicken in oil w/Lawry salt till done. Drain oil
  3. Combine soup, noodles and chicken in pan. Cook till boiling.
  4. Reduce heat and add in Velveeta cheese, corn and pepper.
  5. Cook till all cheese is melted.
  6. **note - could probably use leftover chicken or possibly turkey instead
