- 500g package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 150g can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 250g Caesar salad dressing
- 90g salami, sliced
- 70g sliced ripe olives, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Garnish: with whole spring green onions
Directions
- Method
- 1. Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2. Toss together tortellini and next 5 ingredients; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
