Ingredients

  • 40 x mini brioche rolls
  • 1 jar Major Grey's Chutney - (to 2) (or possibly other good chutney)
  • 1 1/2 lb extra-sharp cheddar cut thick slices

Directions

  1. Cut each roll in half crosswise. Spread the bottom halves liberally with chutney. Place a thick slice of cheddar on top, and cover with the top half of the roll. Serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 40 sandwiches.
