- 1 med. head cauliflower, cut up
- 1 pound bacon, fried, liquid removed and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T sugar

- Mix together and pour over cauliflower.
